NaF添加剂对铝合金等离子电解氧化陶瓷膜形成的影响
Effects of NaF additive on oxide ceramic coatings formed on aluminum alloys by plasma electrolytic oxidation
【摘要】 研究了Na2SiO3 KOH电解溶液中添加NaF对铝合金等离子电解氧化陶瓷膜形成的影响。研究表明:电解溶液中加入NaF可加速氧化物陶瓷膜的形成,提高其硬度。NaF的最佳加入量为0 5~0 75g/L。
【Abstract】 In Na2SiO3-KOH electrolyte, effects of NaF additive on oxide ceramic c oatings formed on aluminum alloys by plasma electrolytic oxidation were studied. Results showed that formation of oxide ceramic coatings was accelerated by addition of NaF and hardness improved as well. The optimum range of NaF was from 05 g/L to 075 g/L.
