东北地区5个大豆品种球蛋白含量的分析及利用

【摘要】 利用线性梯度SDS -PAGE方法分析东北地区 (黑龙江省、吉林省和辽宁省 ) 11个地点的 5个大豆品种的 7S和 11S球蛋白含量。结果分析表明 :7S和 11S含量呈显著负相关关系。同一品种 7S球蛋白和 11S球蛋白含量在不同地区差异较大 ;7S和 11S球蛋白含量在品种间和地点间差异显著或极显著 ,地点和品种间互作则不显著 ;利用 11S/ 7S值可以评价大豆蛋白质营养品质的优劣。 5个大豆品种中九农 7714和东农 4 2品质较佳。

【Abstract】 The 7S and 11S globulin content of 5 soybean varieties grown in 11 locations of Heilongjiang province,Jilin province and Liaoning province were analysed with the line gradient SDS-PAGE. The result showed that 7S and 11S globulin contents was significantly negative correlation; 7S and 11S globulin contents of one variety was different significantly among locations; It was very evident that the variation of 7S and 11S globulin contents of different varieties or different regions, but the difference of the interaction among regions was not clear. The quality of soybean protein can be judged by the 11S/7S value. The quality of Jiunong 7714 and Dongnong 42 was the best among 5 soybean varieties.
