树脂及活性碳吸附技术回收大豆乳清中的异黄酮和低聚糖

【摘要】 对用树脂及活性碳吸附方法回收大豆乳清废水中的大豆异黄酮和低聚糖进行了研究。测定了树脂及活性碳吸附饱和曲线 ,研究了异黄酮和低聚糖的洗脱条件 ,建立了该法处理大豆乳清废水回收大豆异黄酮和精制大豆低聚糖的工艺。结果表明 :处理 1t废水 ,约可回收 4 0 %的大豆异黄酮130g ,精制大豆低聚糖浆 9kg ,并将乳清废水的COD和BOD分别由 136 0 0和 780 0降至 96 0和 340。本法处理乳清废水可创造良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 The study of the recovery of soybean isoflavone and oligosaccharides from soybean whey wastewater by adsorption and desorption of resin and active carbon was conducted. The adsorption saturation curve of isoflavone on resin column and oligosaccharide on active carbon column was determined, and the condition of desorption by use of 5%-60% ethanol concentration was also investigated. The results showed that 130 g isoflavone with the content of 40% and 9 kg oligosaccharide were obtained from 1 ton of soybean whey wastewater, and the COD and BOD decreased from 13600 and 7800 to 960 and 340 respectively. The process can achieve great economic benefit.
