【摘要】 目的　探讨术前应用米索前列醇对提高无痛人流手术病人护理质量的效果。方法　自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女 30 0 0例 ,随机分为 2组 ,实验组于无痛人流术前应用米索前列醇 ,对照组仅单纯应用异丙酚行无痛人流。从麻醉效果、扩宫难度、手术时间、术中术后并发症及恢复时间等方面评价 2组病人术中术后的护理质量。结果　实验组病人术中躁动发生率、手术时间、术中术后并发症及恢复时间均低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,无阻力扩宫率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　术前应用米索前列醇可提高无痛人流手术病人的手术效果及护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of using misoprostol before painless abortion for promoting nursing quality.Method Divided 3000 women with first-trimester pregnancy who were willing to receive painless abortion randomly into 2 groups.Experimental group received misoprostol before the operation with propofol while control group received propofol only.Then evaluated nursing quality from these expects such as anesthetic effect,difficulty of non-obstructor cervical dilatation,operation time,the occurring rate of operative and postoperative complications and recovery time.Result The occurring rate of irritation during operation,operation time,operative and postoperative complications and recovery time of experimental group were lower than those of control group ( P<0.05 ).The rate of non-obstructor cervical dilatation of experimental group was higher than that of control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Using misoprostol before painless abortion can promote the effect of operation and nursing quality.更多还原
