【摘要】 目的　了解儿科病房护士工作的主要压力源以及应对的效果。方法　采用问卷调查法 ,对中山市 4所教学医院的 1 4 3名护士的工作压力源、应对方法与最常见的心理症状进行分析。结果　儿科护士的工作压力源依次为 :患儿家属方面问题 ;患儿护理方面问题 ;工作时间分配及工作量问题 ;工作环境方面问题 ;管理及人际关系方面问题。儿科护士的工作压力明显高于成人病房的护士。结论　建议从管理角度减少或消除儿科护士压力 ,为儿科护士提供渲泄消极的情绪环境和时机 ,并对护士进行减轻工作压力的训练更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Find out main working stress of nurses in paediatric department and effects of their countermeasures Method Used questionnaires to investigate 143 nurses in 4 teaching hospitals in Zhongshan City about their working stress,countermeasures and mental symptoms,then analysed the data.Result The working stress of nurses in paediatric department came from sick children′s family members,their nursing measure,nurse′s working time distribution and work quantity,working environment,management and relationship with colleagues.Working stress of nurses in paediatric department was obviously more than that of nurses in adult department.Condusion It is suggested that reduce or remove working stress of nurses in paediatric department by management and providing places and time which give vent to nurses′passive mood and training them to reduce working stress.更多还原
