提高氧化锌非线性电阻片通流容量的研究
The Study of Improving the Energy Absorption Capability of ZnO Varistor
【摘要】 高电位梯度氧化锌非线性电阻片上流过冲击电流时,吸收的冲击能量成比例增加,要求电阻片的通流容量也成比例提高,研制高电位梯度电阻片首先要提高氧化锌电阻片的通流容量。将传统的氧化锌电阻片生产工艺中的搅拌罐混合浆料方式改用搅拌球磨机混合,可提高浆料的流动性和各成分分散的均匀性,电阻片通流容量即得到很大程度的提高,电阻片的单位体积冲击能量吸收能力从100J/cm3提高到250J/cm3。
【Abstract】 The surge energy absorbed by the ZnO varistors increase with their voltage gradient,so the improvement of the discharge capability is the basis of the research on ZnO varistors with high voltage gradient.The research indicates that when the ZnO and other additives were mixed together in mixing mill,the microstructure uniformity of ZnO varistor was improved and the surge energy absorption capability was increased from 100J/m to 250J/cm\+3.
