铁壳锌型锌锰电池密封结构的改进
Improvement of the sealing structure of ZnCl2 cells with iron can
【摘要】 分析了内封式密封结构的铁壳锌型锌锰纸板电池耐漏液性能差以及高温贮存过程中密封剂泄漏的原因,提出了一种改进的密封结构,克服了原密封结构电池在耐漏液性能上的缺点,从而提高了电池的放电容量。
【Abstract】 The reasons for leakage of ZnCl2 cells with old sealing structure and sealant’sleaking out at high temperature were analyzed.An improved sealing structure was introuduced to overcome the shortcomings and the discharge capacity of the cell with this improved sealing structure was increased.
