大容量氢镍蓄电池组充电时间探讨
Study on charge time of great capacity MH/Ni battery
【摘要】 通过连续记录20QNY7氢镍蓄电池组充电电压,检测-△V产生的时间;根据标准放电计算其容量,结果表明:大容量氢镍蓄电池组以0.2C5A充电时,-△V集中在充电5h40min~6.0h之间出现,所以大容量氢镍电池组的充电时间定为6.0h最为适宜,能有效地提高电池容量和充电效率,减少充电时间和防止充电后期电池发热,延长电池的循环寿命。
【Abstract】 The most suitable charge duration for great capacity Ni/MH batteries were obtained by continuous recording of charge voltage for 20QNY7 batteries.And the battery capacity was calculated through standard discharging.The experiment results indicated that,the decrease of charge duration from 7.0 h to 6.0 h(at 0.2C5 A)can increase discharge capacity and charge efficiency,reduce heat generation at the end of charge and extend the cycle life of great capacity Ni/MH batteries.
