【摘要】 针对某腈纶厂酸洗系统中的喷射泵腐蚀快,寿命短的现象进行了理论分析,设计研制了新的满足要求的喷射泵。通过对新喷射泵所做的一系列性能参数试验,得出了影响喷射泵性能的主要参数为面积比m,扩散角α₂,喉嘴距l₂,喉管进口角α₁和喉管长度l₄,并按照试验得出的最佳参数改造喷射泵,大大延长了喷射泵的使用寿命和无故障运行时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 We analyzed fast-corrosion and short-life of jet pump in acid washing system. On the base of the experiments of the new pump performance, we get the principal parameters (area rate m, diffused angle a2, pipe inlet angle a1, and the pipe length l4). Then the jet pump depending in the optimum parameters is designed. So, the life of new pump is prolonged and the mean time between failures is extended.更多还原
