【Abstract】 EDTA solution is applied to extract extracellular polymers from biofilm cultivated in natural water.The optimum extraction conditions are selected by comparing the concentrations of carbohydrates,proteins and DNA.A good extraction efficiency and repeatability have been achieved by the proposed method.Also,the method is easy to operati.更多还原
