溢流床反应器AMS加氢合成异丙苯

【摘要】 用自制的Pd/γ-Al2O3催化剂在溢流反应器中进行了α-甲基苯乙烯(简称AMS)催化加氢合成异丙苯反应条件的研究,探讨了反应温度、氢气压力、催化剂载量、液体流量(空时)、氢气放空速率对反应的影响.在实验条件范围内可使AMS转化为异丙苯的转化率和选择性都达到100%.

【Abstract】 The hydrogenation of AMS to cumene on a self-made Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was studied in an overflow-bed reactor.Operating temperature was varied from 323~373 K and H2 pressure from 03~10 MPa.Catalyste were loaded with 18,27,36 g.Liquid feed flux(space time)was changed from 3.5~673 mL/min and H2 venting velocity from 73.2~2562 mL/min.All the effects of operating conditions on the reaction conversion were investigated.The conversion of AMS and the selectivity of cumene all reach 100%.
