【摘要】 通货紧缩问题是90年代中期以来我国宏观经济运行中出现的新问题,它的存在不仅会影响到我国市场经济的可持续发展,还会影响到人民生活水平的进一步提高和改善。因此,找到适合治理我国通货紧缩问题的行之有效的办法,对我国宏观经济良性运转至关重要。笔者论述了我国通货紧缩的积极财政政策与货币政策存在的问题及完善途径,并在此基础上提出了治理我国通货紧缩问题的综合性措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The deflation question is a new problem that appeared in the macro economical operation of our country since the middle period of the 1990s. Its existence will not only influence the sustainable development of the market economy of our country, but also the further development and improvement of the living standards of people.Therefore, it is essential to find out the benign operation for the macroeconomy of our country to manage the deflation of our country suitably.
