树木耐盐的生理指标测定
Measurement of Physiological Indicators of Salinity Tolerance for Trees
【摘要】 对黄河三角洲一些常见树种和引进的耐盐树种进行了脯氨酸含量、叶片自由水—束缚水含量、相对电导率、叶片和根部部分元素含量等生理指标进行了测定 ,并在此基础上 ,分析、讨论了K+ 、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 等离子在树木抗盐方面的作用。不同树种的Na+ /K+ 、Na+ /Ca2 + 、Na+ /Mg2 + 比值在叶片和根部有所不同 ,它们在叶片和根部的变化 ,反映了植物对盐分离子与营养元素相对的吸收状况及抗盐能力
【Abstract】 The measurement of physiological indicators of salinity tolerance for trees grow n in Yellow River Delta was conducted, including proline content, free-water & b ound-water percentage, relative conduction rate of plant tissues and elements co ntent in leaves and roots. The functions of ions such as K +, Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ on salinity tolerance were discussed. The ratios of Na +K +、Na +C a 2+ 、Na +Mg 2+ in leaves and roots were various with tree species, which reflected the abilities of trees to tolerate salts and uptake nutrients.
