喹乙醇在鲤鱼体内的积累与残留

【摘要】 分别用 8个不同喹乙醇剂量 (0、5 0、10 0、2 0 0、4 0 0、80 0、16 0 0、32 0 0mg/kg)的饵料和 6个不同喹乙醇剂量 (0、2 0 0、4 0 0、80 0、16 0 0、32 0 0mg/kg)的饵料对鲤鱼CyprinuscarpioL .进行 2批饲养试验 ,采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC) ,测定并分析了不同剂量和摄食时间 (实验 1)、不同剂量和停药时间 (实验 2 )鲤鱼组织中药物的积累和残留。结果表明 ,各种组织中喹乙醇的蓄积量随时间的延长和给药量的增加而逐渐增加。不同组织对喹乙醇的蓄积能力不同 ,其中以肝脏为最大 ,肌肉为最小。组织喹乙醇的消除速度 ,以肌肉的为最慢 ,肾脏为最快。在所有给药组中 ,喹乙醇在组织中的残留水平可在停药 6d后降低到检测限以下 ,说明其消除速度较快。

【Abstract】 Two feeding experiments with mirror carp ( Cyprinus carpio L.) at different doses of olaquindox (0,50,100,200,400,800,1 600 and 3 200 μg/g in diets) were conducted to investigate the extents of accumulation and elimination of olaquindox in tissues (liver, kidney and muscle). A HPLC method was introduced to determine the tissue residues of olaquindox in mirror carp. The accumulative amount of olaquindox in tissues increased as the feeding periods were prolonged from 3 weeks to 12 weeks gradually and when the doses of olaquindox in diets were raised in the first experiment. In the second experiment lasting for a feeding period of 60 days, residues of drug in tissues of carp were less than the detectable limit within 6 days after cessation of feeding medicated feed. The results show that the accumulative ability in liver is the biggest than the other two tissues, however the elimination of the drug in muscle is slower as compared with other tissues. It also shows that the growth of fish treated with 1 600 and 3 200 μg/g is suppressed, especially in the highest dose treatment.
