两株东北红豆杉内生真菌的生理特性

【摘要】 采用接种法 ,对两株东北红豆杉内生真菌散囊菌 (Eurotiumsp .,10 0 1)和曲霉 (Aspergillussp .,10 0 3)在不同温度、pH、碳源、氮源、培养基及糖质量浓度下进行了生理实验研究。结果表明 :温度对两种菌株的生长和孢子的产生具有明显的影响 ;pH6~ 7时菌株生长良好 ,且可以保持较高的菌液质量浓度 ;两种菌株均以蔗糖为主要碳源 ,菌丝干质量与培养基质量浓度呈正向关系。

【Abstract】 Two endophytes Eurotium sp.1001 and Aspergillus sp.1003 isolated from Taxus cuspidata Sieb et Zucc. are the study subjects in this paper. The temperature, carbon sources, nitrogen sources, pH, the concentration of the media and saccharides and the requirement of some general vitamins as well as the relationship of the two strains are studied. The result shows that temperature has significant effect on the growth of these two endophytes and the production of spores. pH 6~7 is suitable for the growth of endophytes. The dry weight of hyphae has positive correlation with the concentration of culture medium.
