带有耦合电容的多层陶瓷带通滤波器
Multilayer ceramic bandpass filter with coupling capacitor
【摘要】 提出一种抽头式阶梯阻抗带通滤波器。通过在谐振器开路端引入耦合电容 ,增强了两个揩振器之间的耦合 ,从而使通带变宽 ,通带内衰减也变小了。因此 ,在不改变体积的情况下 ,性能比以前更好。文中采用时域有限差分方法分析这种滤波器
【Abstract】 In this paper, a novel tapped bandpass filter composed of two coupled stepped impedance resonators (SIR) is proposed and analyzed by finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. A coupling capacitor located at the end of resonators is introduced to enhance coupling between two resonators, so that a wider passband can be realized and the insert loss of passband becomes much smaller. Under the volume unchanged condition, the performance of the filter the property is better than that of the former.
