面向状态检修的分布式诊断专家系统
CONDITION-BASED MAINTENANCE-ORIENTED DISTRIBUTED FAULTDIAGNOSIS EXPERT SYSTEM
【摘要】 运用分布式系统理论 ,结合大型电厂设备状态检修的诊断需求 ,提出了一种多层结构的分布式诊断系统模式 ,将诊断任务划分为专项诊断、设备诊断、机组综合诊断以及专家会诊等 4个层次 ,采用黑板结构实现诊断层间诊断任务的协调 ,有效地提高了诊断效率和诊断定位的准确性。对各层的诊断单元的具体实现进行了阐述。
【Abstract】 The configuration of a distributed multi layed fault diagnosis expert system is proposed to meet the requirements of condition based maintenance of large power plants. The diagnosis tasks are carried out at four layers: the specialized layer, the equipment layer, the generating unit layer, and the plant layer. The higher the layer is the deeper the interaction of the experts and the stronger the synthesis. The diagnosis at different layers is coordinated by the blackboard mechanism. The efficiency and the precision of diagnosis may considerably be enhanced with such a system. The development of the diagnosis unit at the layers is discussed.
