【摘要】 研究供应链管理中供应商选择及定购计划,利用主、客观偏好系数,提出用AHP和DEA相结合的方法确定供应商评价准则的综合权重,以弥补AHP容易造成不一致判断,而DEA又不能反映决策者偏好的缺点·此外,以价格、质量、服务水平、准时供货为评价准则,考虑最少定购批量、最少供应商数目等约束条件,建立供应商选择的多目标规划模型·基于评价准则的综合权重,将多目标规划模型转化成单目标规划模型求解,最后通过算例说明方法的有效性·更多还原

【Abstract】 Uses subjective and objective preference factors to study the strategy of vendor selection and order planning in supply chain management. Proposes a combination of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) with DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) to determine the integrated weight for the evaluation criteria of vendors so as to make up for the inconsistent judgments which the AHP is liable to make also to solve the problem that the DEA cannot reflect well the preference of decision makers. In addition, a multi-objective programming model is developed for vendor selection, taking price, quality, service level and delivery as evaluation criteria and considering such restriction conditions as minimized quantity of goods ordered and the least of the number of vendors. Based on the integrated weight determined, the multi-objective model for easier solution is converted into some single-objective models. Exemplifies the application of these models.更多还原
