【摘要】 热力学分析表明,铝熔体中TiB2比TiAl3和AlB2更稳定·TiAl3和AlB2可以继续反应生成TiB2·试验结果表明,混合盐中Ti和B按一定比例时,在铝合金熔体中K2TiF6和KBF4通过反应得到的TiB2/Al复合材料组织中未发现除TiB2以外的其他反应产物,TiB2为接近等轴的多面体·用TEM观察金属薄膜中TiB2形貌能有效避免盐膜包覆对SEM观察效果的影响·

【Abstract】 Thermodynamics analysis indicate that the intermetallic compound TiB2 is more stable than TiAl3 and AlB2 thus the reaction of TiAl3 and AlB2 in molten aluminum is spontaneous to form the TiB2 compound .The results show that no o ther compounds than TiB2 appears in Al-7%Si-0.5%Mg molten aluminum alloy whe n the atom ratio of Ti/B in melting salt of K2TiF6+6KBF4 is suitable. It i s shown that 3 mol K2TiF6 react with 6 mol KBF4 completely to form 3 mol T iB2 in the molten system of aluminum alloy and salt. The TiB2 particles have the shape of sphere. The effects of salt films covering the TiB2 result in mi crographs distortion by SEM observation but no problem by TEM observation.
