LSM法制备TiB2/Al复合材料的反应模式和微结构
Reaction Thermodynamics Analysis and Microstructure of TiB2/Al Composit e Fabricated by LSM
【摘要】 热力学分析表明,铝熔体中TiB2比TiAl3和AlB2更稳定·TiAl3和AlB2可以继续反应生成TiB2·试验结果表明,混合盐中Ti和B按一定比例时,在铝合金熔体中K2TiF6和KBF4通过反应得到的TiB2/Al复合材料组织中未发现除TiB2以外的其他反应产物,TiB2为接近等轴的多面体·用TEM观察金属薄膜中TiB2形貌能有效避免盐膜包覆对SEM观察效果的影响·
【Abstract】 Thermodynamics analysis indicate that the intermetallic compound TiB2 is more stable than TiAl3 and AlB2 thus the reaction of TiAl3 and AlB2 in molten aluminum is spontaneous to form the TiB2 compound .The results show that no o ther compounds than TiB2 appears in Al-7%Si-0.5%Mg molten aluminum alloy whe n the atom ratio of Ti/B in melting salt of K2TiF6+6KBF4 is suitable. It i s shown that 3 mol K2TiF6 react with 6 mol KBF4 completely to form 3 mol T iB2 in the molten system of aluminum alloy and salt. The TiB2 particles have the shape of sphere. The effects of salt films covering the TiB2 result in mi crographs distortion by SEM observation but no problem by TEM observation.
