【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of oversea and domestic high strength finishing rolling rebar were studied. The results show that overall properties of oversea finishing rolling rebar are better than those of the domestic ones produced by the tempercore process. The oversea finishing rolling rebar show high strength, good toughness, fine grains and deep hardened layer. Through modification of alloy composition, including additiong microalloying elements and a new heat treatment, the overall properties of finishing rolling rebar produced by Anshan Iron and Steel Company were remarkably improved, and have reached or exceeded the highest level of those of the oversea products. The remarkably improved properties were suggested coming from the grain refining and precipitation strengthening.更多还原
