【摘要】 开放式基金是国际基金业的主流发展趋势。分析了封闭式基金转开放式基金的原因。阐述了基金转型对基金持有人、基金管理公司以及基金市场等方面的影响。分析了当前存在的交易结算问题、赎回风险问题和基金管理风格转变问题。提出了为基金转型创造技术条件、加强银行与证券公司的合作、坚持市场化原则和逐步转型原则等建议,以利于降低基金转型风险和市场风险,提高我国基金管理公司的竞争力,促进我国基金市场的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Its a mainstream developing trend in the world to transform closedend funds into openend ones. Analyzing the causes of the transformation, the effect of such transformation on fund holders, fund management business and fund market are expatiated. Nowadays in China what are at issue of the transformation are mainly how to settle the fund transactions on the Stock Exchange, how to deal with the risk due to investors redemption and how to change the mode of fund management. With these problems discussed, some suggestions are put forward, i.e., creating technically conditions to make the fund transformation easier, strengthening the cooperation between banking and securities companies and transforming the funds step by step while upholding the principle of marketization. The suggestions will be beneficial to reducing the risks arising from the transformation, improving competitive force of the securities companies and expediting the sound development of Chinas fund market.更多还原
