【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的来临,一个极为关键的问题便是建立有效的科技成果转化链,形成知识、技术、产业相结合的技术创新体系。而目前技术中介业的缓慢和不规范发展已成为科技成果向现实生产力转化的一大障碍,通过分析技术创新与技术中介组织的相互关系,结合我国技术中介服务体系的现状,剖析了技术中介组织存在的主要问题,提出建立一种新型有活力的技术中介组织服务模式,能够强化中介在成果开发和创新孵化器方面的功能,使社会科技资源得到优化组合和较大限度的利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To form an effective conversion chain for scitech achievements so as to provide a technological innovation system integrating knowledge and technology into industry is crucial to the knowledgebased economy age that has been coming true. However, in China the slow and irregular development of technological mediorganizations has been an obstacle to the conversion from scitech achievements into actual productivity. So, the relation and interaction between technological innovation and technological mediorganizations are discussed in association with the status quo of the service mode of technological mediorganizations in China. Analyzing the main problems found in such mediorganizations, a newtype vigorous service mode is put forward to enable them to enhance the functions in further development of scitech achievements and of innovating incubator. Thus, the social scitech resources will be integtated optimally and utilized to a maximum extent.更多还原
