【Abstract】 In this thesis, the modern change on the direction of ethic study from individual ethics behavior to social ethics behavior research is revealed through the view of development in ethics and responsibility ethics. The viewpoint that the core of modern ethics is "justice, rightness and norm" is also expounded. The deep ethic meaning of "justice, rightness and norm" is analyzed in the meantime. While affirming the technical positive meaning of Technology of Genetic Engineering(TGE), it points out the technical deep social ethics problem of Technology of Genetic Engineering that initiates, and constructs the ethics principles and paradigms of Technology of Genetic Engineering with the view of development ethics and responsibility ethics.更多还原
