【摘要】 指出网络技术的广泛应用对社会的发展起到了巨大的促进作用,但同时也对人类提出了在现实世界中前所未有的伦理挑战。特别强调人们必须充分认识网络这一充满悖论的空间所存在的现实伦理问题。在借鉴国外网络技术伦理建构经验的基础上,从伦理建构的角度对人类超越主体性困境的有效方式进行了探讨,并认为网络技术的伦理建构应该具有立体、交叉和全方位辐射的特点及功能,结合网络技术在当前具有的新特点,认真分析了网络技术悖论现象产生和存在的原因,提出了三维伦理建构的网络技术伦理的原则、规范和范畴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis indicates that the wide use of network has brought a great advance in social development. In the meantime, it has also put forward an unprecedented ethic challenge in the real physical world. The thesis particularly emphasizes that people must realize fully the current problem of ethics existing in network field which is full of paradox. From the angle of the establishment of ethics, some effective ways of human’s surmounting the main straits are probed. The thesis also regards that the establishment of network ethics should have stereoscopic, intersecting and widelycovering features and functions. According to the new characters of network technology at present time and based on analyzing seriously the causes for the existing network paradox phenomenon, the thesis has also presented the principles, rules and category of network technology ethics established with threedimensional ethics.更多还原
