应用浸种法导入外源DNA转化烤烟遗传性状变异株D2代研究(Ⅱ)
Studies on the genetic mutation of D2 generation tobacco transformed with foreign DNA by seed-immersion method
【摘要】 采用浸种法导入外源 DNA后变异株 D2 代 ,对其进行盆栽生长性状调查 ,活体接种赤星病菌 ,检测其抗病性及同工酶电泳酶谱分析。结果表明 ,浸种法直接导入外源 DNA,在变异株 D2 代仍可有效转移供体表型性状如株高、株型、叶型、叶面积、生育期、抗病性及同工酶酶谱等性状 ,并获得较高的转化率 D2 代为 12 .5 0 % ,其中具有多种优良性状抗病株系有 C1 0 ,B6 ;具有供体株高、株型、抗病性及同工酶酶谱的优良株系有 A9,D3
【Abstract】 Researched on the growth character of D 2 generation mutant which transformed foreign DNA by seed-immersion method,tested its disease-resistance after inoculating the Red Star Disease and analyzed its zymogram of isoenzyme,the result showed that:the phenotypes of D 2 generation such as height,type,leave area,growth period and disease-resistance,zymogram of isoenzyme etc,were effectively transferred into D 2 generatio and transform rate was 12 50%.The diseaes-resistance strains having the good characters-C 10,B 6 and the good strains having donor’s height,type,disease-resistance,zymogram of isoenzyme-A 9,D 3 were collected.
