半胱胺、大豆黄酮对肉仔鸡脂肪代谢的影响

【摘要】 21日龄艾维茵商品代肉仔鸡 72只 ,随机分成对照组、日粮添加半胱胺 (CS)组和添加大豆黄酮 (Da)组。研究这两种物质对肉仔鸡脂肪代谢的影响。结果表明 ,在 35~ 4 9日龄两种物质均使血清中的胰岛素 (INS)和脂蛋白酯酶 (L PL)、肝中的苹果酸脱氢酶 (MD)水平低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,CS组肉仔鸡增重提高 10 .30 % ,Da组增重提高 7.10 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CS组和 Da组增重至 4 9周龄达到高峰。CS组、Da组皮下脂肪厚度及腹脂率比对照组减少(P <0 .0 5 ) ,Da组减少尤为明显。试验结果提示半胱胺和大豆黄酮均有降低肉鸡脂肪沉积的作用

【Abstract】 This experiment is undertaken to study the effect of dietary addition of cysteamine and daidzein on adipose metabolism in broilers.Seventy two 21 day old broilers were divided into one control group and two experimental groups,in which cysteamine and daidzein were added in dietary,respectively.The results showed that the concentrations of insulin and the activities of lipoprotein lipase in blood serum,and the activities of epatic malate dehydrogenase were significantly lower than those of the control group from 35 days to 49 days(P<0 01) The weight gain in cysteamine addition group increased by 10.3% (P<0 01)and increased by 7.10% in daidzein addition group (P<0 05)compared with that of control group.The weight gain in cysteamine addition group and daidzein addition group reached the highest level at 49 day age.The thickness of subcutaneous adipose in cysteamine addition group and daidzein addtion group reduced compared with that of control group,particularly in daidzein addition group.It was suggested that the addtion of cysteamine and daidzein could equally reduce the deposit of adipose.$$$$
