大豆黄酮对肉鸡血液胰岛素、胰高血糖素和肝脏苹果酸脱氢酶的影响
Effect of dietary addition daidzein on insulin glucagon in blood plasma and in liver malic-dehydrogenase in the Broilers
【摘要】 试验选用 2 1日龄艾维茵商品代肉鸡 4 8只 ,随机分成 2组 ,分别为基础日粮组和添加大豆黄酮 (daidzein Da)组 ,饲喂 5周。结果表明 ,外周血液中的胰岛素对照组与 Da组分别为 3.94± 0 .2 0 ,4 .30± 1.2 8︼ IU· m L- 1 ,比对照组增加 8.30 % ;胰高血糖素分别为 319.90± 32 .72 ,4 73.13± 77.0 8pg· m L- 1 ,比对照组增加了 37.37% (P <0 .0 1) ;肝中的苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)分别为 331.14± 17.99,30 8.12± 79.90 U· mg- 1 。试验结果提示 Da具有调控肉鸡脂肪代谢作用
【Abstract】 The experiment was performed using a total of 48 AVIAN broilers()age 21 days.The broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group,which was feed on basic diet and Dadzein(Da)group,which was feed on basic diet plus Da 3 mg·kg -1 diet.The experiment was carried on for 5 consecutive weeks.Result:the Insulin level in peripheral blood of control group and Da group were 3.94±0 20 and 4.30±1.28 μ IU·mL -1 respectively,8.30% higher than the control group;the Glucagon level of each group were 319.90±32.72 and 473.13±77.08 pg·mL -1 respectively,32.37%(P<0 01) higher than the control group;The activities of liver MDH were 331.14±17.99,308.12±79.90 U·mg -1 .The results indicate that Da can adjust adipose Metabolism of broilers.$$$$
