【Abstract】 This article points out that the accurate hydrologic forecasting plays an important part in reservoir pre-release and pre-storage regulation by studying the case of Meishan reservoir occurring extreme flood in1991and2003across the Huaihe river.The author has come up with some opinions on how to define the stage flood limit level,enhance forecasting,regulate neatly and im-prove the benefits from reservoir.更多还原
