小球藻生物吸附废水中铜的研究
Study on the adsorption of Cu~2+ in water with Chlorella sp.
【摘要】 以小球藻作为生物吸附剂,去除水溶液中微量Cu2+,研究结果表明小球藻对Cu2+的生物吸附主要经历了快速的吸附和缓慢的吸收两个步骤:pH值是影响Cu2+生物吸附的一个重要影响因素,最佳pH值在6~8之间;离子强度对Cu2+的吸附有一定的抑制作用;小球藻对Cu2+的生物吸附符合Freundlich等温方程。
【Abstract】 The trace amount of Cu2+ in water can be removed by using CMorella sp. as adsorbent. The biosorption property of Chlorella sp. to Cu2+ was investigated. It is found that the biosorpton of Cu2+ on CMorella sp. involves two steps; rapid adsorption and slow absorption; pH is a quite important factor and more suitable pH for Cu2+ biosorption is 6-8. Ionic strength has inhibition effects on the Cu2+ biosorption on Chlorella sp. The results show that the adsorption accords with general adsorption mechanism and meets Freundlich equation.
