Li/MnO2扣式电池热塑弹性体的研制
Development of TPE for Li/MnO2 button cell
【摘要】 用PP与特种非极性橡胶复合研制出了低渗透的Li/MnO2扣式电池密封用热塑弹性体(TPE)。其密封电池的失重率为0.283%,仅为国内普遍采用的130 50D密封电池的1/7,失重后放电容量为其2倍,仅损失12.5%。实验结果表明:该密封材料密封电池贮存期长。
【Abstract】 Thermoplastic sealing gasket(TPE) for low leak Li/MnO2 button cells was made of PP and special nonpolar rubber.The weight loss rate of MF5 in CR2032 battery was 0.283%,which was only 1/7,compared with battery made of conventional 13050D,and the discharge capacity doubled after 12.5% weight loss.The result showed that the shelf life of the new battery prolonged.
