金属空气燃料电池氧电极催化剂
Oxygen electrode catalyst for the metal air fuel cell
【摘要】 采用固相反应法制备纳米γ MnO2催化剂,通过热压制得三相气体扩散电极。用稳态电流 电位极化曲线研究了这种纳米γ MnO2催化剂制成的多孔三相气体扩散电极的电化学性能,催化剂加入量对氧电极性能的影响,同时催化剂经过过筛处理后性能有很大的提高。SEM分析表明:过筛处理后,催化剂颗粒分布均匀,对氧还原的催化活性明显提高。
【Abstract】 Nanophase γMnO2 powder was prepared by solid state redox reaction.Three phases gasdiffusion electrode was obtained by hotpressing. Electrochemical performance of the porous three phases gasdiffusion electrode made from this kind of nanophase γMnO2 powder was studied by currentpotential polarization curves. The influence of catalyst content on the performance of oxygen electrode was also studied.The activity of catalyst was improved by the process of sifting.SEM analysis showed that the catalyst particle size distribution became wellproportioned and the activity of oxygen reduction on the catalyst after the process of sifting was enhanced.
