Mn掺杂对LiFePO4材料电化学性能的影响
Influence of the Mn-doped on the electrochemical performance of LiFePO4
【摘要】 为改进锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4的高倍率充放电性能,采用Mn对LiFePO4进行掺杂,研究了Mn掺杂量对LiFePO4性能的影响。通过对Li(MnyFe1-y)PO4(y=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1)材料的研究,我们发现LiMn0.2Fe0.8PO4与LiFePO4材料相比有更好的电化学性能,当采用160mA/g的电流进行充放电时,比容量可达92mAh/g。
【Abstract】 Manganese was doped into LiFePO4 to improve the rate capability of LiFePO4.The effect of Mn content on electrochemical characteristics of LiFePO4 was studied.The LiMn0.2Fe0.8PO4 showed a higher charge and discharge capacity than LiFePO4 through the research on Li(MnyFe1-y)PO4(y=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1).A discharge capacity of 92?mAh/g was obtained at 160?mA/g charge/discharge rate.
