碱锰电池中锌合金粉的电化学性能
Electrochemical performance of anticorrosive zinc alloy powder for alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery
【摘要】 采用气体雾化法制备了含In、Bi、Pb、Al、Cd的锌合金粉,通过析气法和线性动电位扫描法对其化学稳定性进行了研究。结果表明:锌合金粉在45℃含饱和ZnO和缓蚀剂HX的40%KOH溶液中的气体发生率<0 05ml/5g·3d,以此制成的LR6型电池放电性能与含汞6 5%锌粉所做LR6型电池的放电性能相当。这表明锌合金粉和缓蚀剂的共同使用,可以大大提高锌粉的稳定性,可以有效减少甚至完全消除碱锰电池中的汞。
【Abstract】 A zinc alloy powder with In,Bi,Pb,Al,Cd was made by gas spray methodIts anticorrosion in alkaline electrolyte was investigated by means of gascollecting and liner potentiodynamic sweep methodsThe gas production of the zinc alloy powder in 40% KOH solution with saturated zinc oxide and 300~350?mg/L organic composite inhibitor HX was less than 005?ml/5?g·3?d at 45?℃The performance of low mercury or mercuryfree batteries using the zinc alloy powder mixed with the corrosion inhibitor HX exceeded QB118591The results showed that the mercury content in alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery could be reduced to zero by using the zinc alloy powder mixed with the corrosion inhibitor HX
