锌空电池及其材料的研究
Study on Zn/air battery and its electrode materials
【摘要】 锌空电池由于其性能稳定、比能量高、材料来源广泛、成本低廉,其研究开发深受重视,尤其是其正极材料的研究深受关注。以CoO、Ag2O、CaO、MnO2、Ba(OH)2、Ni(OH)2、KMnO4等原料作为空气电池正极催化材料,通过对它们进行电化学测试,发现混合催化剂对氧的阴极还原有更好的催化活性;特别是掺杂了氢氧化合物类的催化剂后,电极显示出较好的电化学性能,表明它们更适合作锌空电池氧电极材料。混合催化剂做成的电池放电曲线更加平稳,放电容量更大。
【Abstract】 Because of its steady performance,more sources of raw material,higher specific energy density and low cost, the study and development of Zn/air battery were attracted more attention, especially positive catalytic material CoO,Ag2O,CaO,MnO2,Ba(OH)2,Ni(OH)2 and KMnO4 were selected as positive catalytic materials for Zn/air battery. In order to compare the characteristics of various catalysts, the electrochemical performance of the materials were measured by linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), the results showed that the mixed catalyst had smaller polarization characteristics and better electrode performance than others, this kind of material was suitable for positive catalytic materials of Zn/air battery. The test of battery performance showed that the cell made of mixed catalysts had steadier discharging potential stage and greater discharging capacity.
