铅钙与铅锑镉合金在硫酸溶液中的电化学行为
Electrochemical behavior of Pb-Ca and Pb-Sb-Cd alloys in H2SO4
【摘要】 应用电化学方法对Pb Ca合金和Pb Sb Cd合金在硫酸溶液中的导电性、析气性和耐腐蚀性等进行研究。结果显示Pb Sb Cd合金有好的导电性和低的析气性,其中,析氢电位相对于铅钙合金提高了60mV,析氧电流降低近2/3,但耐腐蚀性能有待进一步提高,并提出了新方案设想。
【Abstract】 The conductivity,corrosion resistance and gas evolution of PbCa and PbSbCd alloys under constant concentration of H2SO4 were studied using electrochemical techniques.Compared with PbCa alloy,PbSbCd alloy had favorable performance in conductivity and gas evolution,hydrogenovervoltage in PbSbCd alloy cathode was increased by 60?mV compared with PbCa alloy,but its corrosionresistance was unsatisfied.A new idea was assumed.
