【摘要】 目的　分析分裂样精神病发病与季节、节气的关系。方法　采用Hewitt等提出的简单序列法 ,对 6 92例分裂样精神病发病季节、节气调查结果进行分析。结果　发病与春秋季节有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。高发节气上半年为雨水、惊蛰 ,下半年为小雪。发病与季节、节气的关系 ,未见性别差异。结论　相关季节可能是分裂样精神病发病的一种重要诱因更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the onset of schizophreniform psychosis with the season and the solar term.Metholds The data of 692 cases of schizophreniform psychosis were analyzed with Hewitt’s simple sequential method.Results The onset was related to Spring and Autumn(P<0.05).The Rain Water and the Waking of Insects of the first half of the yesr with the Light Snow of the latter half of the year had higher morbidity.There werenot gender differences in the relationship between the onset with the season and the solar term.Conclusions The seasonal factor may be an important inducement of the onset of schizophreniform psychosis.更多还原
