【摘要】 在大规模定制 (MassCustomization ,MC)时代 ,传统的产品开发管理方式已不再有效 .通过项目管理可以提高大规模定制产品开发的管理水平 .本文在对大规模定制产品开发及其项目管理的特点分析的基础上 ,提出了面向MC的项目管理模型 .为了获取更好的项目管理效果 ,面向MC的项目管理在通用项目管理方法的基础上 ,还要采取适合MC特点的具体项目管理运作方式 .最后 ,对面向MC的项目结构分解 (PBS)、项目组织以及集成项目管理系统体系结构进行了探讨 ,并进行了简单的案例分析更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of mass customization (MC), traditional management is no longer effective. MC production management can be improved through project management. In this paper, the MC project management model is put forward based on the analysis of the features of MC and its project management. For better results, besides common approaches, essential measures fitted to MC in operational level are taken. Finally, project structure break\|down, project organization and project management system are discussed and a simple MC case is analyzed.\;更多还原
