【摘要】 生命周期评价(LcA)是一种有效的清洁生产诊断和评价工具,其理念已经逐步引入我国,并在诸多领域得到不同程度的应用.根据清洁生产的要求,LCA有望在清洁生产审核、产品生态设计、废物管理、生态工业等方面发挥更大的作用.目前应尽快引进和消化吸收国际上先进的LCA方法,建立符合中国国情的LCA方法学体系和数据支撑体系,并在此基础上开展各个领域、各种形式的应用研究与示范.更多还原

【Abstract】 The life cycle assessment (LCA) is an effective diagnostic and assessment tool for cleaner production. Its idea has been gradually introduced into China by some research institutions and applied in several fields, such as cleaner production audit, environmental labeling, green package, green manufacture and choice of urban transportation modes, to different degrees. The use of LCA in preliminary evaluation in cleaner production audit was introduced with a case study of one cement plant described. According to cleaner production requirements, LCA is expected to play more roles in cleaner production audit, product eco-design, waste management and ecological industry, etc. At present, advanced I methodologies should be introduced and absorbed systematically into China from western countries, the methodological system and data supporting system lor LCA suitable for China’ s actual situations should be established, and then researches and demonstrations should be carried out in selected fields with different forms.更多还原
