【Abstract】 The paper provides a complete review the major progresses of cleaner production in China. Progresses in legislation, policy, demonstration, training and networking at both national level and local level arc surveyed in detail. Particular emphases are given to "The Law for Promotion of Cleaner Prodwtion of the People’s Republic of China which was put into effect January 1 ,2003. Main contents and important arn-eles are studied and summarized Contributions and breakthroughs of the law are pre-sented arid analyzed. Tasks, for China’ s cleaner production in the next decade are proposed. Creative thinking and actions consitute the basis for folfilling those tasks.更多还原
