昆虫sHSP基因的系统进化研究
Evolution of the Small Heat-Shock Proteins in Class of Insect
【摘要】 低分子量热激蛋白 (sHSP)广泛存在于生物界 ,不同组织的sHSP是紧密相关的 ,主要的HSP具有高度保守的氨基酸序列 ,HSP基因的保守性可以为生物进化研究提供一定的科学依据。对昆虫纲的 2个目 4个种的sHSP进行了系统进化分析 ,它们在系统演化上形成两大分支 ,基本代表了其在经典分类上的地位 ;但Bmhsp 2 1.4与其它家蚕及昆虫sHSP在演化上存在极大的分歧 ,在进化上可将Bmhsp 2 1.4与其它 5种家蚕sHSP划分为两大类群 ,推测其在家蚕的演化分析中具有重要地位。另外 ,果蝇致死因子Dml(2 )efl与家蚕的 5种sHSP有更近的关系
【Abstract】 Small heat-shock proteins are widely distributed in all kinds of tissues of almost all species, and they are closely relative. The HSPs family presents extremely conservative amino acid sequences, furthermore, its conservation provides a scientific evidence for species evolution. Hence, we used 15 sHSPs sequences of 4 species to detect their evolution relation. The result suggested that the taxonomy status based on molecular level is matched up to their natural classification status. Whereas there is an obvious divergence between Bmhsp21.4 and others, and we ought to divide Bmhsp21.4 and the other 5 Bmhsps into two groups, which is inferred to special position in evolution analysis. In addition, the evolution tree demonstrated that Drosophila melanogaster lethal (2) essential for life had a close relationship with the 5 s HSPs of Bombyx mori.
