水稻半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂基因转化桑树获得转基因植株的初报
Prelimarily Report on Oryzacystatin Gene Transferring into Mulberry and Production of Transgenic Plants
【摘要】 利用基因枪法将水稻半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂基因 (OC)导入桑树组织 ,经抗性筛选和组织培养获得再生植株 ,通过对转基因植株的PCR Southern杂交及RNA点杂交等检测 ,证实OC基因转化桑树成功 ,为选育抗虫性桑树品种奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The OC (oryzacystatin) gene was introduced into callus tissues of mulberry by using biolistic method. The regenerative mulberry plants were gotten through resistant selection and tissue culture. Finally, It is demonstrated that the OC (oryzacystatin) had already introduced into mulberry by PCR Southern blotting and RNA dot blotting, which set the foundation for seleclecting the fight worm mulberry species.
