【摘要】 将野外收集的野桑蚕核型多角体病毒(w-BmNPV)进行空斑筛选,纯化后的病毒通过碱裂解法抽提基因组DNA,以家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)和柞蚕核型多角体病毒(ApNPV)的基因组DNA为对照,用随机引物进行PCR扩增。结果表明:野桑蚕分离的NPV和BmNPV、ApNPV间存在较大的差异性,通过版本为1.3b的Treecomw软件分析,野桑蚕体内的NPV和BmNPV的同源关系较近,而与ApNPV的同源关系较远。更多还原

【Abstract】 We collected the w-BmNPV from the field and performed plaque assays to screen it. Genome DNA was extracted from the isolated virus, BmNPV and ApNPV by the means of alkaline extraction procedure. With 5 random primers amplification, the PCR results showed the difference among the NPVs derived form Bombyx mandarina M., Bombyx mori and Antheraea pemyi separately.
