Ti-47Al-2W-0.5Si-0.5B合金中β相生长方向的O点阵分析
O-Lattice analysis of βphase precipitates in α2 phase of TiAlWSiB alloy
【摘要】 将Ti-47Al-2W-0.5Si-0.5B(ABB-23)合金经热等静压和热处理,在透射电镜下观察其组织,在α2-Ti3Al相中发现了呈针片状的β相析出物,有多种不同的有规律的长轴方向.β相与α2-Ti3Al之间的取向关系为(0001)α2//{110}β和<1120>α2//<111>β.当沿α2相的[0001]α2方向观察时,β相的长轴生长方向均偏离α2相密排方向<112O>方向约14°用O点阵模型对β相在α2相中析出时的这种特定的长轴生长方向进行了合理解释。
【Abstract】 TEM analyses were performed on Ti-47AI-2W-0.5Si-0.5B (ABB-23) alloy. There were β phase precipitates in α2 phase because of the addition of β stabilizer W element. The orientation relationship between β and α2 phases is (0001)αa2//{110}β, (1120}α2// (111)β.β precipitates exhibit six different lath directions when the incident electron beam is normal to the (0001)α2//{110}/g plane. The lath growth directions of β precipitates are predicted by the O Lattice model.
