一种新型活性阴极材料的制备和性能
Preparation and characterization of a new type active cathode material
【摘要】 用电沉积法制备了以Ni为主的多元合金活性阴极涂层,其表面形貌为球状堆积,有利于气体溢出,减少气泡帘电阻,降低气体析出电位。该合金涂层由于本身对气体析出具有催化活性,析氢电位低、与基体结合力强、抗停断电能力强并且使用寿命长。
【Abstract】 An active and stable hydrogen-evolving active cathode material, based on a Ni-Mo-M-N combination, was prepared by electroposition. X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM micrograph indicated that this cathode material has nanocrystalline structure (grain size<10 nm) and the surface morphology of ball-stack which decreased hydrogen evolution overvoltage. The ball-stack is benefit to reduce gas bubble curtain resistance and hydrogen evolution. The nickel substrates coated with Ni-alloy electrocatalyst has overvoltage ability below 100 mV at 3kA/m2 over 2 years in 30% NaOH(80 ?
