车用直列四缸柴油机隔振系统设计及试验研究
Research on Design and Test Engine’s Mounts System of In-line Four Cylinder Diesel Engine
【摘要】 将激励源(发动机)与车身两部分进行隔离是解决汽车振动、噪声问题的主要方法之一。本文介绍了D4114Z_LQB柴油机隔振系统方案和橡胶隔振器的设计,并对柴油机、隔振器系统的振动模态进行了计算。装车振动测试表明,所设计隔振系统能有效地降低发动机传递给车架的振动。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the vibration and noise of automobile, to insulate the engine -to -frame vibration transmission is one of the most useful methods. This paper introduces the design of D4114ZLQB Diesel engine’s mount system and ail-rubber mount, the vibration modal of engine-mount system analysis is also discussed in the paper .The result of experiment shows that these mounts can reduce the chassis vibration transmitted by engine efficiently.
