顶置凸轮轴配气机构运动学和动力学计算
Studies on Kinematics and Dynamic Analysis for OHC Design
【摘要】 采用数值模拟的方法,对发动机配气机构进行研究,编制了发动机配气机构运动学及动力学计算通用软件。通过对几种机型的验算,说明该软件所得计算结果和实际情况比较吻合,可以用来计算发动机配气机构的运动学、动力学问题。
【Abstract】 A mathematic model and its computer realization for the overhead camshaft(OHC) design is presented in this paper.According to the need of analyzing and researching ,kinematics and dynamic model is established by means of single mass model.On the base of the known stiffness valve and damping valve of the model.The calculation result nearly agree with the fact.It is useful in designing and producing an accurate valve train system of an engine so as to improve the engine performance.
