【Abstract】 In this study, 91 F 2 individuals derived from the cross between Xiang Hui and 872 were used as experiment materials. Temperature was found to influence the silver straining AFLP molecular markers in silkworm. The optimum temperature for the preparation of the glass and the gel appeared to be approximately 25℃.更多还原
