【Abstract】 This article analyzes domestic and international experiences and lessons of track traffic development, especially that of HongKong. Combined with the reality of Guangzhou, it has probed into the basic mode and tactics on coordination of track traffic and urban development, proposing sharply that Guangzhou take the views of "track traffic interacted with urban development and linked with property exploitation" , and has also put forward several suggestions on how to ensure benevolent cycling of track traffic construction financially. As the basic theoretical research on the land-use coordinated planning of the 3rd line of track traffic of Guangzhou, the views of the article here has already been adopted by related governmental departments.更多还原
