【Abstract】 Although many studies on urban development strategies have been taken in the field of domestic academe,there is not yet a complete and practical framework proposed for the studies. Meanwhile,the urban competition has become a highlight in the urban studies as well as a main part in the studies of urban development strategies. In the article,a competition-oriented framework on urban development strategies is proposed based on the analysis of urban competition,and the case study on Harbin is also taken in the paper as well.更多还原
