【Abstract】 Taking cognition of the importance of definition of central business district area in Chongqing, making clear the twin attribute of definition, the author confirms the rational scale of CBD in Chongqing by both determining the nature and quantity. Based on the scale, the author synthesized the existing means such as benchmark land-value, Murphy’ s index, traffic network and the innovative means such as functional cells distribution, vacant land, at end presented the twain step scheme.更多还原
